The goal of this association is to create an "International student short film festival", which was named "Student Short Fest" as the conclusion of the 2 years of hard working

During this time, I was in charge of :

- Host and animate the ceremony in front of 250 people during 3 hours
- Create and lead my coworkers through the promotion and advertising operations
- Promote the festival among the nearest cities by using the local infrastructures
- Find investors for the festival
- Do a financial report
- Establish partnerships in order to reach the quality that was set-up (the place, the buffet and the global brand of the festival)

The results were : 45 countries reached, 9 different nationalities joined the competition, partnerships established with Casino and Luxurious Hotel. 1500 people invited, full room during the ceremony.
A potential cost of 15 000€ lowered to 1000€ thanks to partnerships.
